Information we collect

• Contact form: name, email address, topic, and message content you choose to submit.
• Analytics: aggregate usage data via Vercel Analytics (pages visited, approximate location/device info as provided by the analytics provider).
• Booking:when you schedule through Google Calendar Appointment Schedules, Google processes your booking information under Google's privacy policy. We do not store your calendar details on this website.
• PT intake and check-in: after you book physical therapy, we email links to Google Forms for clinical history, telehealth consent, and follow-up check-ins. Those responses are stored in Google Workspace for your chart, not on this marketing website.

How we use information

Contact form submissions are emailed to us so we can respond to your inquiry. We do not sell personal data. Email delivery is processed by Resend.

Third parties

This site may embed or link to Google Calendar, Google Forms, and other third-party services. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Clinical information

Please do not submit detailed medical history through the website contact form. After you book a PT visit, complete the emailed intake or follow-up form instead. Those forms collect the history we need for telehealth care. Do not use the public contact form for symptoms, imaging, or medications.
